Potatorum is a short and solid agave with a round shape and short height. It takes about 12 to 15 years to mature, and once it is ready, it is cooked in an open-fired oven, giving it a fine, smokey taste.
Production is limited each year, and this boutique Mezcal has an amazing taste.
It offers floral, honey, and citrus notes paired with a silky, elegant, and subtle sensation.
